Description: A B-52 shot is a popular, sweet, three-layered shooter consisting of equal parts coffee liqueur (typically Kahlúa), Irish cream (Baileys), and orange liqueur (Grand Marnier, Cointreau, or triple sec). The ingredients are layered by density, creating a distinct, stacked appearance.

Technique Glass Garnish
Bottom Layer: Pour the Kahlúa into the shot glass.
Middle Layer: Carefully layer Baileys on top. To do this, hold a bar spoon (or any small spoon) upside down just above the first layer and slowly pour the Baileys over the back of the spoon.
Top Layer: Repeat the same spoon technique to slowly pour the Grand Marnier on top of the Baileys.
Pour Slowly: The secret is a very slow, gentle pour to prevent the layers from mixing.
